Day 2 of the hunt we shot a dagga boy out of a herd of +/-40 buffalo. Shot was 20 yards broadside in the jesse. Bullet used was a trophy bonded bear claw and was found in the meat of the opposite shoulder. Bullet went through both lungs and buffalo ran about 100 yards and died.

We saw a total of 4 elephant bull. Two were in the 40lbs range and two were in the 30lbs class.  Then on day 10 we followed a good track +/-3kms and found a good elephant about 45-50lbs. Vladimir shot it side brain from 15 yards. Bullet used was a barnes bonded solid and was found lodged under skin on the opposite side.
