REX
We shot our tuskless on the 8th day of the hunt. Chris made a great brain shot on a moving animal and the bullet passed straight through the head and hit the mountain behind it, all worked well. We shot the buffalo on the 11th day, our last one at Makuti, I made Chris take on +/- 100 yard frontal shot on the buffalo something we would not have done on normal circumstances, the shot did not work out and we lost the buffalo.

BUZZ
I took over from Rex as he was having his first baby early. We hunted several days for the illusive kudu without luck but shot a nice old stallion zebra and drank quite a few beers.

Great hunt. The hills of Makuti are hard walking. Very good camp and staff. Food and beverage were great.
Showers hot, Rex and Buzz were fantastic and would not hesitate at all to follow them anywhere.
We had a great time.
