Day 7, we found a small herd with a good bull 39 ½ “, we got above them on a small hill, Jim’s first shot a 300gr trophy bounded bear claw took the bull through the lungs on the run and dropped it. It got up again and took a quartering shot into the lungs, it then wet forward 10 paces and took 2 more shots through the shoulder and then expired, all worked well, Jim, the gun and the bullets. |

Old retired fire fighter from “da Bronx”. 10th African safari, has been the best yet. Looking forward to be booking for 2009. took two marvelous cape buffalo. Record book they tell me. The PH’s, scouts, trackers, skinners and camp staff were top rate. Cook and food excellent. Extremely pleasant camp set up. Everyone involved worked extra hard for my hunting pleasure. God willing, plan to be back again, ‘nuff said’.
