Swift A-Frame Bullets

Shot at a 54 inch kudu at about 250 yards, 1st shot went over its back, it ran towards us, stopped broadside at about 150 yards. It went down to the shot, got up and was never seen again. Spent the next day trying to track it, no blood and lost tracks on the rocks.

Shot a 43 inch buffalo 6km from the vehicle and had to cape and carry it off the hillside.

We moved down to Kwekwe and were looking for a 55 inch Kudu and failed on that. Last day shot at impala in thick brush but failed to connect.

John was using a 300 Rem Ultra mag. This weapon was too fast for Zimbabwe conditions, infact it is the only time I have seen a Swift A frame bullet fail. There is nothing wrong with a 375 H&H as has been proven since 1912 to the present. John developed a very nice flinch and screwed his ears up with the muzzle brake too.
