Soft Points

Shot a buffalo bull broadside with a .500 Jeffrey using soft points. Bullet exited on a broadside heart shot. Animal ran +/-50 yards and collapsed.

We had looked at +/- 50 bull elephant, turned down a /-45lbs bull on the 5th day due to Kiril not having his own rifle. Found another bull which took a frontal brain shot, went too high followed up by recovery shots to the head and body. Took 9 rounds off .500 Jeffery to finish, very surprising.

I am very happy from the hunt.
