Tuskless shot on the 5th day from 35 yards in a big herd of cows and bulls. First shot dropped her with attempted side brain, bullet slightly under front of brain. A further 7 shots were fired to kill her, although she was grounded.

Buffalo bull shot on day 6 measured SCI 108/ Rowland Ward 40.25". Shot broadside at 30 yards and broke the shoulder. Second shot fired as the buffalo wasrunning away, spined it and the bull dropped. Bullet penetrated from tailand was recovered.
