| Elephant |
Stalked up to a herd of elephants, and they ran off about 500-600m. There were 2 adults and one sub adult in the herd. The closest was 20m away. Steve took a frontal brain shot that just missed the brain. The 2nd shot was heart lung that dropped it immediately with his .470 Merkel Nitro Express.

| Buffalo 1 - Alice's |
We tracked a herd for a couple of hours and found about 150 animals. Managed to get nice and close about 10m away. Alice shot the best bull at 50m, as he was walking slowly the bullet hit exactly where she aimed but she did not compensate for tha angle whch had just changed with his movement. Because of this the shot was too far forward. The herd ran off with Alice's bull in the middle of it. We followed them slowly into the next valley and 4 hours later we got close enough to take another heart lung shot and finish him off. |

| Warthog |

Whilst tracking 2 dugga boys we came across a nice warthog wallowing in the mud. Steve took his first warthog in 5 hunts with a perfect 100m shot with his 375. |

| Bushbuck |

We went down the Zambezi River by boat looking for trophies. Having seen a magnificent 16" bushbuck, we parked upwind from the animal. We stalked 500m along the banks of the river and Steve made a perfect heart shot at 30m.

| Buffalo 2 |

On day 9 we followed 3 ellusive dugga boys affectionately called fast, faster and fastest. We found tracks 24 hours old that had been rained on. Bongi and Norest did an unbelieveable job in tracking them down. 5-6 hours later we finaly found them. Unfortunaly the bull with no horns we were wanting was not among them. So Steve shot the best of the 2 bulls at 30m with a heart lung shot.
