Tony shot a buffalo cow on day one for bait. The shot was +/-60 yards broadside, bullet entered shoulder, recovered on opposite side under skin.
On day 3 we sat in a blind on a male leopard. The cat came in at 18h10, but was too dark for Jim to see, we tried a few more sits, but no luck.
On the 10th Tony shot an old bushbuck at +/-70 yards quartering away. Bullet entered stomach and exited opposite shoulder.
On the 11th Tony frontal brained a buffalo bull at +/-30 yards, killing it instantly.
On the 12th after spotting some sable, we made an approach to +/-60 yards. Tony shot the sable frontal in the chest, hitting the heart, the sable ran +/-30 yards and died.
On the 14th Jim shot a leopard at +/-50 yards just behind the shoulder, exiting front of opposite shoulder (killing instantly) at 17h10. |
